Llama hat

I finished this like a week ago, but the weather has been too crappy for taking pictures outside. I think it came out pretty good. I used my Rhinebeck handspun llama and a free crochet pattern.

Stitch N Bitch!!

So, last night was my first trip to abc in Newington for SnB, and it was awesome. I finally met people my age that knit. I knew all along they were out there, but had never actually seen any of them in person. Only 3 of us were there, but it was fun nonetheless. We stitched, we bitched, and a good time was had by all. Thanks for telling me about it, Eklectika!

Here I go

Ok, after lurking at other knit blogs for ages, I finally decided to start my own. I have nothing knitting related to post, but everyone loves the shameless "show off your cat photo." So, here's a picture of my kitty, Rocco. He's such a ham. A demanding, bossy, high-maintenance ham.
